  Horrible as always.!!!!! I'm usually a very patient person but this is ridiculous I had an appointment at 9:00 am and it was 12:00 pm and didn't even call me yet I mean I was supposed to be here just to fill out some paper work I'm 38 weeks pregnant and you make me wait all this time it's freaking ridiculous.!!! I walk to the women in the front and she keeps on telling me I'm sorry but today there's only one doctor and she's really slow I'm sorry.!!! I was like SERIOUSLY??? thank god I'm almost done with my pregnancy so I never have to come back AGAINNN.!!!!!😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

  I read most of the comments and they all tell the truth. No matter how early you come to your appointment expect to wait 3-5 hours to be seen by the doctors for only 5 minutes. Nobody really truly cares anymore. You can tell they’re just there for $$ and kill time. I started coming to Greenburgh clinic since 2003 and everything changed so I stopped going here recently because they’re very unorganized. I could say some staff are nice some aren’t like you owe them something. There’s one particular person at the cashier that always give me attitude. The doctors are always changing. I’ve been to other clinics that are on time and doesn’t waste your time waiting. The only reason I don’t go here anymore is I have to call off from job just to be seen by a doctor for 5 mins hell no. I’m usually very very patient and I do not complain but I bet there are others that stand up for themselves that still don’t get what they wanted. I hate that they kept changing doctors and lose record of previous work so you end up doing it again. How much worse can they get, sorry. I suggest you guys find doctors according to your insurance provider. You don’t necessarily have to suffer going to this place there are good organized facilities out there they are just not recognized.

  This place has gone from bad to worst. You make an appointment and they tell you they cant find you in the system, over an hour wait. I went there to have my teeth clean and a filling and the doctor cancelled on me twice on the day of the appointment. I also went there for gyn services,to get refills on any medicine you have to come in and been seen, which is ridicoulous. Safe to say i no longer go there. And unfortunately when your on medicaid or similar insurance you get thrown into terrible clinics like this. You have to be rich to have great care.

  Called they told me to come in for a chipped tooth. I come in a security guard tells their aren't any docs there. I wait till 9am to call no answer. I wait till 915 no answer. I wait till 930am some operator tell me they are in a meeting(first Thursday of the month) nobody is there till 11am. I wasted 45 mins of my time for a emergency(defined by them) I will NEVER RETURN HERE AGIAN
