  I brought my aunt in to be seen a couple days ago since she wasn’t feeling well. This was the best urgent care experience ever! The girl at the front with the long blonde hair was very nice and got the insurance worked out quickly. The nurse brought us back right away, which was great, but I’ll admit she seemed uninterested with us. She didn’t make eye contact, asked basic questions in a monotone voice, and rushed out of the room. But Dr George was really knowledgeable and caring. He made sure my aunt was taken care of. Then his assistant Treva was absolutely AMAZING! She went over every detail of what was going on during the appointment, made sure we both understood everything that we needed to do afterwards, and that we were comfortable with the plan. My family and I will definitely be coming back again!

  I went to AFC Hartsdale yesterday and was met by Dr. Joseph. He was the best physician I have encountered in my entire life. Another physician had given me antibiotics for a lung infection but after 8 days it did not improve. Dr. Joseph not only educated me on the diagnosis and why he will be treating me with a steroid, but he addressed my need to stop smoking. He gave me breathing treatments and re-evaluated me frequently. Afterwards he sat me down for 15 minutes addressing all my concerns with different options to stop smoking using personal anecdotes to get his point across. We came up with a plan to start buproprion. He also addressed another private concern of mine which I was embarrassed to speak about with other physicians. I've never had such a comprehensive visit. I asked the front desk and I was told that he usually works in the Bronx. I will be returning there to see him for future concerns. FIVE STARS all around.

  I've been coming here since it was Doctors Express. The staff is very patient and understanding. The doctor and support staff are kind and they make sure you understand everything they have said to you.

  I went there for the first time, wait time was average for a doctors office. Staff was nice enough and attentive. It is flu season, saw them because I’m feeling very ill, I feel like the doctor has minimized the diagnosis that she came up with, I’ve been sick in bed for 5 days with sinusitis? I was just thinking I need to be re-evaluated.
