::I am sitting here now after having received a 10 minute pedicure because the woman is lazy. The other woman has now spent 30 minutes with her client. There were two of us and we're done before the woman who came in after us. Now, they are showing us a sign they forgot to put on the counter that says Cash Only Sunday so my boyfriend has to walk 20 minutes round trip to the atm and back to pay $56 for our pedicures. He is spending more time getting the money to pay for this awful pedicure than we enjoyed getting the actual service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. There are plenty of places around the corner.

::Went to get a pedicure, and literally just walked out without one after waiting 20 minutes with no bubbling warm water to place my feet in. I was just sitting there in the seat looking around, and no one came to turn the water on or anything. Customer service is not here.

::I used to go to this place religiously until I just went and they destroyed my nails. To remove my gel, the lady used the device meant to shape acrylic nails on my real nails. She knew my nails were real and not acrylic. This then led to my nail becoming so thin that it's excruciating to touch the top of my nail on three separate fingers. After showing the lady, she literally said nothing and acted like it was fine. I can't even touch my nails without wincing, I will NEVER return.
