Mwen ap mande tet mwen eske konsila sa gen yon sekretè mwen fe yon semenn m ap rele pa gen moun ki reponn. Pouki mwen oblije ale pou yon enfomasyon pandan kem te ka jwenn enfomasyon nan telefòn konsa m pa ta pedi yon tan. Jis kile biwo leta Ayisyen ap gen respè pou chak grenn sitwayen? Eske konsil jeneral la fe travay li? An pasan se tan mwen pedi fe review a paskem konnen anyen li pap chanje la ede moun k ap pran tan rele nou yo.

Sa moun sa yo ap regle nan buro. M peye extrem ijan pou yon paspo poum ka jwenn li nan 22 jou pou pita. Depi 16 Fevriye 2018 yo resevwa dokiman yo. Jiska prezan map tann paspo a m pa ka jwenn li. Map rele anbasad la depi 2 mwa m pa janm ka jwenn yon moun dekroche telefon nan. Poukisa yo peye moun sa yo? Sa led anpil.

The positive :The staff has always been kind, and extremely helpful. They receive you like you were a family that is coming back home. Polite and all respectful. The Consulate is clean, there are informational flyers available. Everyone in this consulate when you go there will go above and beyond to help you with almost all that you may need assistance with. They are hard workers. Now, the Side I think needs improvement: Their phone system, it is very hard to get in touch with anyone, sometimes it is easy and other days it is just not possible. In addition to that the time frame it takes to get a passport can take up to 3 months if you are not willing or able to pay the rush fee.. and even when you pay for the rush fee it is not available on time. They are understaffed and do not have a system that would allow them to be more efficient.
