  Nice room, fairly quiet but maybe on the small side. I did think the required $20 per day room charge was a bit out of nowhere for access to the "free WiFi" and some wine/coffee/fitness center. I booked through Expedia and didn't see a mention of that anywhere.

  Service is great, Location is excellent, Room is small - make sure you check the room size before click yes...

  Very nice place in the heart of downtown. Close to everything. Cozy rooms. The staff were really great which is why I went with a 5 sent at review. Each and every person I spoke to made me feel like I was there top concern. Well done. Had an excellent stay.

  Great hotel near Union square. I've started her a few times and I love the intimate setting and friendly welcome, wine hour, and clean, quiet rooms. Many other places we've stayed in the past have paper thin walls and noisy neighbors. Here, you still here the traffic noises some, but not much nose from other people, and it's thankfully away from nightlife.

  Room decor is nice and fancy. Amenities are expensive but that's normal. The people at the front desk are very helpful and can give some local tips on where to eat and where to visit. There's some ongoing construction in the lobby area but it doesn't really affect sleep. The hotel is right next to the Galleria with some small shops and a rooftop garden which has a nice view. Conveniently located since it's about a 15 minute walk to the Ferry Building Marketplace, 10 minute walk to Chinatown and near several malls/shopping centers.
