  I bought furniture here 20 yrs. ago and I decided to do it again on 7/2018. The salesman was great, we bought extended warranty. However the furniture that we received from Ashley's was 80% accurate. Then the wood in one of the bedroom sets starting peeling, I called the furniture store and the receptionist LINDA answered. Can you say RUDE. OMG. I don't understand how she has a job. Please deal with Jessica if you have any complaints. LINDA is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and etc. I can't believe she's allowed to display such behavior and I made a complaint to the owner. Nothing obviously was done.

  Bought my living room set from furniture center. Love it. Also got my bedroom furniture there. Love it. Good staff. Great prices. Will Definately be back

  Great prices.. great staff and service. I had a budget for $200 and messed a mattress. As I came in, was greeted and asked if I needed help. To my surprise after I mentioned that I only had $200, they where able to give me an amazing mattress for this low price. Mattress came in a sealed box with warranty an all.. I’ll definitely come back in 2 months for a reclining leather sofa. Thank you Dan for taking care of me and helping with price adjustment.

  One of the nicest furniture stores i have seen to date. Went all along Flatbush ave where they have many stores, but felt like they were all con men. I was always taught to go with my gut and my gut told me to run from Flatbush Ave . Found this place through a Facebook ad and it looked amazing. The furniture they posted was gorgeous. I decided to give it a try and honestly was at my wits end by the time i arrived there. The outside of the building didn't look so hot....but once i got inside.....WOW is all I can say. They had such a wide selection of furniture. You want a dining room set....they have...you want living room set, lots to choose from. bedrooms....fire places...tables,....the list is endless.. So pleased we took the ride here. Our saleswoman was fantastic. She seemed to know everything there is to know about furniture. She helped figure out what would and wouldn't fit in the rooms we needed to furnish. she is an interior designer. She spent a few hours with us and never got pushy. Very patient. Thanks to her, our home looks great. All was delivered last Wednesday. Even the drivers were professional and nice and condensed all the garbage for sanitation pickup . I furnished my entire home and my friends cannot believe the difference. Thanks Furniture Center. Appreciate all your help and patience with us. we will definitely recommend you to our friends and family.

  I had purchased a table set with 6 chairs 2 years ago. I'm really pleased to tell everyone that It is still in one condition. No pieces have broken and no pieces are out of place. At that time I was very pleased about the service and the customer support however I am considering going back there to buy my children bed sets and maybe a bedroom set for myself however I'm reading all of the reviews and it makes me very nervous that I am not gonna get the same service that I got 2 years back. I guess it's something I need to think of.
