::Why can't we choose zero star! The most and utterly disgusting service ever! Owner never called in bed frame after paying for it. He agreed calling me back never did had to march in their for him to do so. It's been a week so I just called the manager said he was going to find out if the bed is her; to add I live 2 blocks away. Omg please go to Wal-Mart or something you you can more out of there absolutely disgusting!!!!

::This business is simply just a big scam!! I regret for not trusting previous reviewers. I placed my order on a Saturday and received 1 item after 3 &1/2 weeks later. The other item not even sure when will arrive. I never have experienced anything like this. Would never recommend to anyone, not even to my enemies!!

::My family has done business with them for over 10 years, since they were on Ave U. Mr. Ahmed is an amazing person and will go above and beyond with his customer service. However, unfortunately I have to agree with above comment about the manager there (Gino) he is definitely a very rude and incompetent person. Not sure how's the two work together because Mr. Ahmed is a very courteous and polite personality. Anyway, I have never been disappointed with the quality of carpets and installation nor have I been disappointed with the quality of the furniture or the price. You have to understand, you get what you pay for. If you're a perfectionist go to Raymour. They furnished both of my offices and have replaced my home carpets multiple times. They have had the same installation guys since 2003 and it's great to see them repeatedly. It insures you that the quality of the install will be on point. I don't know about the 3X markups, maybe Ginno does that when Mr. Ahmed isn't around but I've always gotten an amazingly low price, comparatively speaking. I do and would recommend with store to my friends and family. Cheers

::This should be rated Negative 5 stars! I mean seriously, I paid straight up on a bed, was promised it the day after, then tells me that you postponed it to Wednesday and IT STILL DOESNT COME! I mean other guys nearby charge even less than these guys but he still charges more. Up to 3 times! And if you get a deal with him it is usually a scam. Normal stores would take a deposit to secure transaction, but this store takes the whole amount with promise to deliver within a week. Well good luck if you'll get it in a month!!! Also you can forget about getting your money back. Yet, GREED is stopping them from doing it and a customer will never get their purchase on promised time. So, whoever still whant's to do business with this store, go ahead. You've been warned. - Again!

::There should be a minus star!!!! This is one of the stores that will sell you something for the triple of the wholesale price. I mean it's fine that a business should make money. Regular markup in furniture business is no more then 1.5-1.7, but not 3.0! So here is want you will get from this store and the guy by the name Ginno. They will sell you an item that they don't have and have no money to pay for it without taking your money first. Normal store would take a deposit to secure transaction, but this store takes the whole ammount with promise to deliver within a week. Well good luck if you'll get it in a month!!! Also you can forget about getting your money back. Trust me , Raumour and Flanigen would charge you the same price, but will deliver next day. Raymor is the most expensive store, but at least their customer service is good. Here is an example of the way this store makes their sales. A wholesale price on a loveseat is at most $280, don't forget that we are talking about a low quality item from China. The cost for the company who wholesale it is no more then $150. ... Now this store will charge you $600 for a crap that they will asure you that you got a verry good deal on. Their profit is about $320 , at least! When you make a profit like this you should be able to go across to New Jersey and pick it up from a wholesaler and still make a fair profit for yourself. Yet, GREED is stopping them from doing it and a customer will never get their purchase on promised time. So, whoever still whant's to do business with this store, go ahead. You've been warned.
