1 star for the rooftop bar nice views and relaxing atmosphere on a nice sunny day, but I can't say the same for the service from the bartenders that won't look you in the eye or acknowledge your sitting in front of them and won't even greet you or offer assistance or say what can I get for you, you would literally have to approach them first is like they don't care about providing good customer service they expect everyone to pay high prices, overall I had bad experience with the staff working at the bar and not to mention it's way too expensive so if you are in the budget this is not the place to be and they also charge 20% gratitude on top of your bill. I won't be coming back I don't mind paying little extra but for bad service it's not worth it for me to visit again.

Great outdoor deck on a sunny afternoon. The happy hour french fries were very tasty. The only drawback was the bar running out of Hefeweizen beer early in the evening.

Excellent rooftop patio, with a really good happy hour $5 Wells and $5, $7 & $9 food menu. On sunny days this place cannot be beaten!

Best rooftop in Seattle. Service can vary from amazing to needs improvement. Happy hour is awesome, prices are comparable to close establishments. Food at Frolik is great! However I wish the blue cheese fries were back on the menu. All in all I usually start my weekends at Frolik when the weather is nice. Love this place!

Major disappointment. This place has the potential to be a premier location in Seattle. Service terrible. Bartenders don't make eye contact. The bar manager actually smells the mix cups prior to use (two times), another bartender used his finger to clear a bottle before a pour. Way over priced. $22.00 for a gin martini and one Coors light in a bottle (there's no tip in the total). $26 for a burger. You can go across the street and have a nice dinner for same. The layout is nice. The patio is great. Games are fun. So much potential for this place it ridiculous.
