  Emmett Watson's Oyster Bar has the best chowder, mussels and oysters in the Seattle area. Customer service is excellent, knowledgeable staff, clean location, close to the remodeled public restroom, lots of seating, good local beers, cozy environment, the best outside seating at the Pike Place Market and the prices are very fair. Very close to the Pike Place Market and main street but hard to find if you're not looking for it. Try the food and beers, totally worth your time!

  The Clam Chowder Soup is by far deliciousness in every bite! Excellent service and the restaurant itself has a relaxed feel and an enjoyable vibe.

  Don't be fooled by those giving good reviews because a wide selection of beer impresses them. Oyster selection may be decent but beyond that the food is horrible and prepared by cooks (not a chef anywhere near this kitchen) who only know how to deep fry frozen sticks of breaded sea trash or empty a jar of dried spices into a bowl and boil the s**t out of it. Unless your goal is to get drunk and vomit, no need to visit this 'neighborhood dive'.

  Great experience. Beer was only cool and without a word from us, it was replaced with two nice cold ones. Fish and chips was wonderful. If ever in Seattle. Make your escort. You may have to wait but definitely worth it.
