  I ordered an hour and a half ago.. they said 45 min. My buddy is staying in the same hotel but a different room and he ordered 45 min after me. They basically told me the traffic was bad and he is on his way. They waited to cook his order so the driver wouldn't have to come twice. 2 hours later I got my food and the place was 1.2 miles away. Terrible customer service and the food was garbage. I'm from Illinois and the Chinese was much better there. I thought NY had good Chinese. Wow
