::What a horrible experiance and waste of an hour and a half of my time. My order was not ready and was then told to wait 10 minutes 4 times. I was then given an incomplete order and told it was complete. When I went back in they told me they needed to remake my pies for some reason. I ended up leaving with wings, soda and a refund. We always get dominos and today wanted to try pizzahut. Will never make that mistake again. Maybe a different location. Get it it together people.

::I ordered a big box deal. The dough was old and tasted horrible!! The pizza was barely covered with sauce or cheese on the corner slices. I mean BARELYYYY! The bread sticks were not edible because the dough was so old that the sticks were hard and dry. The chicken was the only thing 1/2 decent but again there was little to almost no sauce on the wings! The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the food was ready on time and the employee brought it to my car as soon as I called for curbside

::I ordered online it took me at least 30-40 mins to get there the order said it would be done in 15 mins. I get there and the woman behind the counter tells me that it will be about 5-6 mins more and it was a curbside order I wait and lo and behold it still wasn’t ready. At this point I asked for the order to be canceled and my money to be refunded because I paid ahead of time online. The manager comes up and tells me he has to call me back and refund my money later. He said he would call in an hour I have yet to get the call and I’m still out of my money 33 something dollars gone.

::Maybe not any one person's fault. But its almost like they never anticipate that they are going to get busy. Yet they always seem to be. The wait times are absolutely ridicules. The employees all seem to be really nice and courteous. Especially considering how nasty people get when it comes to how long they are waiting. The restaurant just seems to get way more business then they can realistically produce. Again, no one specifically to blame. Its just the way it is. It looks like they only have 1 oven. This is just my opinion. The entire system appears to be ineffective as soon as they busy.

::I’ve never written a bad review before for anything in my entire life until now. Food took over an hour to get delivered. Never got a notification when it would be delivered, only when it said it was on its way. Tried calling the store several times and was on hold for a total of 20-30 minutes when trying to inquire. Would get sent to corporate rep and then they would keep transferring me back to the store, and would never get an answer when transferred. Extremely dissatisfied with Pizza Hut. Best part was that the food was ice cold when we finally got it. Wings had little to no sauce on them. Requested a refund and was just giving credit towards another purchase. What a terrible company and experience. Please avoid this location and just Pizza Hut as a whole.
