I went to order an arrangement for my friend's funeral. And i specifically wanted orchids included not only did the lady give me a discount but also gave it to me tax free. I didnt think it was going to be so huge. And as huge as it was, it was also beautiful. Thank you, Maria Castle

We ordered about $300 in table centerpieces and a wedding bouquet. The staff was friendly & helpful the day I came in to order. On the day of the ceremony, a family member picked up the flowers because they'd said they'd be too busy with Valentine's Day orders to deliver. Now the bad news. The stems of the centerpieces had been cut too short above the water, so by the end of the evening, half of every arrangement was wilted. And they forgot to include the bouquet (!!!). Family member had to rush back to get the bouquet. I had ordered the bouquet as a small handheld bridal bouquet that could be easily split into two smaller ones, for the Presentation of the Flowers to Mary and St. Joseph. What we got instead were two bunches of brown-edged gas-station type long stem roses. Who's walking down the aisle with that?? Poor Mary & Joseph. We waited until after their Valentine's Day rush to let them know we were disappointed. No apologies, no credit, just complaints that we'd waited too long to let them know about the problems. Sad!

I love this place! They did my wedding arrangements and I couldn't be happier. They treated us like family, even with how busy they were. They remember their brides with every visit and they remember what you want!!!! I recommend everyone to go here for all flower needs! They truly are amazing and worth the price. (Not pricey at all)

Called various Florist with a last minute request for a Corsage, my daughter's Junior prom was that evening. I was a bit discouraged since most places needed 48+ hrs to accept my order or were asking outrageous prices ($40.^) I found wild orchid on google, as i find most stuff and called in. I was bummed at first BC I had wanted something a bit different, since most kids wear Roses. Not happening! Other flowers are a bit harder to set according to the florist plus it was 90+ degrees out that day. No time for BS, the lady who answered walked me through the order with ease, recommending one flower as opposed to two. Picked it up expecting some rinky dink arrangement, since I was quoted $15 bucks actually $20 for two roses but was talked into 1. Walked in and was truly impressed with a warm greeting from two burly dudes and my savior, the florist. The gold ribbon was perfect and the Rose was fresh as if just plucked off a bush. It looked perfect to me, but what do I know? My teen would have the final say. My monkey was so happy when I placed it on her wrist. Riverdale to Fort Lee...... Upscale boutiques , my ass. Mom and Pop is the wave I am convinced that buying local is the way to go from this day forward, great price and service without the premium price tags that usually accompany last minute urgent arrangements. thanks Wild Orchid

I never leave negative reviews. If I feel something, or a service didn't meet my standards I just don't go back. Then there's these people. These people are actually the worst people in the industry. Ordered online in the morning and no delivery by 330 pm. Was put on hold and hung up on 6 times through the course of the day speaking to several different employees. At noon someone actually lied about my flowers being on the truck. At the end the owner gets on the phone with an attitude and decides he wont get to it and cancels the order. Its one thing to mess up and be apologetic its another to be a complete jerk about it. I was a florist for two years no excuse for this low level of customer service and indecency. Miserable people. If you don't like what you do get a new job. Go anywhere else. Another local florist had a beautiful arrangement delivered within a half an hour. Pics for proof
