  NEVER EVER USE THEIR "WEBSITE" . I placed a $140 order on their "website" at 11:10 am (I have the confirmation), to be delivered the next day. Keep in mind their website offers same day delivery up until afternoon. I called around 3pm, just to confirm they received my order. When they finally found my order, they said I ordered too late and that 3pm was not enough time. When I explained the order was placed much earlier, the male argued that it wasn't. I literally had to yell over him that I had a confirmation that was time stamped. This is when he switched his tune, and explained that they no longer carry the flowers I ordered, so they couldn't do it anyway. When I asked who was going to contact me, the customer, the male responded "I was just gonna call before you did" (of course.). I then argued that unavailable items should not be listed on their website and he responded "how am I supposed to know what's up there [website]". Gross. I asked when the manager would be in, they stated 5-5:30, and hung up. I called again at 6, only to be told the manager wasn't there. The woman then said "I don't know what you want me to do. I'd be angry too. He says he's coming in and doesn't, I can't do anything about it". Finally, they called the owner who said he would cancel the order, offered no apology and even had the audacity to suggest I stop "using websites and call directly". Because it's my fault this company is unable to run THEIR OWN website. This "business" should get an award for worst professionalism and customer service. Thankfully Ava's Rainforest was able to fix their mistake last minute for me. Avoid at all costs. They are the reason people avoid small businesses.

  Mr. Imperia, Thank You very much for your thoughtful email. I greatly appreciate the effort you and your wonderful employee Cathy have taken in making this issue no longer a problem. As for the gentleman on the phone , we all have an employee who is not the best. As for Cathy she was and is an amazing person, she help me above and beyond and provided me with her full attention. I commend you on having a person on your staff like her to correct others mistake. I do appreciate the refund and I reorder the flowers, Cathy made me feel that it would be done right this time.   I ordered a lily plant for a funeral. The product looked great, pricing was reasonable and they do not have a delivery fee. Other florists I looked at all added significant fees when checking out, which I absolutely despise. The card was handwritten. Not the best penmanship, but it is a nicer touch to see human beings participate in the process.

  Business itself is great. Great service and beautiful arrangements! But the delivery person is ridiculously lazy and can't follow instructions. On 2 separate occasions he ruined the surprise. And both deliveries were to the same address both times. If they have more than one driver my apologies to the others, but the one that delivered my orders was the worst. Fix this and they are 6 stars!

  We made an order for an arrangement for a funeral, and it was well constructed. The arrangement arrived on time before the viewing, The selection of flowers was wonderful and full of life. This is a company that I highly recommend to assist with your floral needs.
