This place is literally a hidden gem! I passed it while looking for it and I was using my phones GPS. I had a pleasant experience while here! I opted to purchase a medium sized fruit bouquet for the local Fire House in my community and this was the best gift I could think of at the last minute. The young lady was helpful, kind, warm, and she offered excellent customer service. Beware....pricing really isn't cheap for anything within Edible Arrangements but sometimes paying a little extra goes a long way ehen you're saying "Thank you" or "I'm sorry". My order took about 15 min and since it was such a gorgeous day, I decided to take a stroll. I literally came back within 10 minutes thinking I'd just sit on the window seat ledge and listen to my music but my order was complete and I was most definitely a happy customer! Going here was definite treat....I only wish I had gotten to taste the gorgeous ensemble that they greated!

Love the fruits, they're fresh and tasty. Never knew you can get a $5 cone filled with strawberries. They need to advertise that more often.

I'm on the phone HOLDING for this very establishment. This location ought to try harder to avoid the name change of INedible arrangements! My daughter who got her first job working in a hospital took her hard earned money (HARD EARNED I TELL YOU) to buy a Mother's Day bouquet for me. The arrangement was composed of grapes, pineapples, and strawberries. These nasty people chose to dip rotting strawberries in chocolate and present the others naked. The naked fruit also seemed tainted but you could squint and nibble. They were NOT high grade fruit as one might expect from a business whose singular purpose is fruit arrangements! Almost done and I'm still holding (15:15 mins). So perhaps Lauren won't be gettin a refund this time around, but maybe she'll learn some valuable lessons: 1) use Yelp or Google; 2) if Comments are on two ends of the spectrum (all 1s and 5s) chances are good that the 5s are fake! I'm thankful that my kid wanted to bring me something joyful on Mother's Day, something I could share with our family, but I'm totally pissed that these people saw a "sweet young thing" and took advantage! I'm writing the company then going to an "urban" farmers market...good day! P.S. still no answer... They answered after 24 minutes with an apology explaining that their printer “hard” broke in the back (I know not what the hell that means). He offered a replacement which would I could pick up within the hour. Why would I trust them to prepare something going into my mouth? On my feet, maybe, but not in my mouth for goodness sake. I flat out told him I’d prefer he refund her money. A refund could only be offered by someone else who would be there on Monday. I get it, but I thought about inedible arrangements already for almost a week...poof be gone! Still writing that Corp letter tho...

My cousins and I placed an order to be delivered today to a cousin of ours that had pretty major surgery. They delivered the arrangement but not the bear that we added with it. INSTEAD of going back to deliver the bear they refunded it without letting us know about it. The response I received was “yes the driver told me to refund the bear because it was left out and he wasn’t going back ‘just for the bear’.....” EXCUSE ME. To which my response was “oh so you’re telling me you decided to refund the money as opposed to doing your job?” ..... But these arrangements are meant to put a smile on someone’s face. If you can’t do your job why is the store open?? If you don’t like your job why are you there? Terrible news for the owners of chains like this...you lose customers this way. We have a lot of family in the Bronx. Edible arrangements of Williamsbridge road will not be our go to any longer.

Great customer service. I had the wrong address for my order, the driver went out his way to make sure my recipient received the order after finding the right address which took him out of his way. he was very polite, as well as the lady over the phone who took my order. Always a good experience.
