  The people who run the facility are nice enough. But I too did a 16 week challenge with them and the contract with their hosting partner is awful. They require you to end the contract via certified mail and will still wait a month to call you and deny you. I would suggest not giving your credit card info by any means. My response from management when I wanted to end my contract was replied to months later. And I was essentially told that it was out of their hands. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against their partner because it was all very misleading.

  They recently ran a 4-month special and I have still been charged well after my 4 months. I attempted to call management with no response to voicemails. When I went to speak with her, she said she could do nothing for me and had nothing to do with it. She did admit that people were confused about the contracts and she'd been having problems before through some third party billing promotion that she had no clue about. Take some responsibility for these mishaps and don't be so rude!! Your business reputation is at stake and you just lost a customer for sure because of the lack of empathy and customer service.

  Love this place!! Great place to workout. Everyone is so nice and friendly.
