  GREAT GYM! These other reviews are boggus, all the employees are very helpful the owners are always greeting people . I had never been to a gym where they know me by my name. No One stares at you and you can workout comfortably with everyone . This reminds me like joes gym from the movie, disabled people go and the members help them out , its like everyone knows everyone its a good environment .

  me gusta por que siempre esta abierto y esta solo a 29 por mes. es el unico gym de mcallen que esta abierto las 24 horas

  For paying 30+ a month and getting random charges of 50+ there's NEVER any soap or paper towels in the bathrooms, it seems that none of the cloths to wipe down the machines are never washed and usually found just laying anywhere, have been trying to cancel my membership the past two months and have just been given the run around.. yea its convenient their open 24/7 but with the tiny space and "increase" of personal training going on there its almost not worth it.. oh by the way if anyone ever checks this... we spoke at 2 pm yesterday 9/4/16 after i contacted you yesterday, and am still waiting on some sort of paper work you apparently must email me to cancel... STILL nothing. how many times do you need my name number and email? get it together... terrible management..... still no resolution and when you confront her she gets upset and suddenly someone has died and of course she is still never in the office, and of course would like to warn you to stop messaging her when you inform her of the truth.. TERRIBLE GYM save yourself the trouble and sign up with a well known gym here in the valley.

  HORRIBLE GYM! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD TO MAKE A ONE TIME PAYMENT AS THEY WILL KEEP IT ON FILE AND CHARGE YOU WITH NO AUTHORIZATION! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! -IF I WOULD BE ABLE TO I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE A STAR This is a CUSTOMER REVIEW and that is what i am doing giving my review. No ma'am, nothing was refunded to me and I have your text that proves it where you clearly state you would "stop refund" after I decided to speak to you about this whole situation. As far as customers getting their way? No ma'am,that is not correct it is not about getting my way,it's about me speaking up for myself which is what you did not appreciate.I have not been harassing nobody,I have the call you made me and the messages you have sent me in which I have not responded.Again I was clearly giving my review as far as im concerned that is what google states "REVIEWS".

  Place is not anytime fitness anymore! Still open 24/7 and love that it's always open! It's super clean and staff is super friendly ! Plus they have no enrollment fee
