  I've been a part of this gym for the past 5 years. I did some research before joining and tried other gyms as well to see what would fit with me and what I was looking for. This gym has everything I want. The great thing about this gym is that they have a variety of classes for all fitness levels. Their staff and knowledgeable coaches are interested in helping you build a foundation first and then see you progress as an athlete. If you are looking for a place with a great environment, awesome community and kick ass members and athletes, crossfit214 is what you are looking for.

  During the three years that I’ve attended classes at CrossFit 214, every class has been worthwhile. Some workouts catered to my strengths; some stretched my capacities. Some workouts were enjoyable; others not so much. Yet, I can honestly say that the individual attention, smart coaching, and solid programming have been amazingly consistent over these three years and many Crossfit 214 classes. The coaches hold themselves—and each athlete—to a high standard, not an unattainable, idealized one, but a standard which keeps the whole person in mind. I’ve worked out through two babies and post-partum recoveries at 214, and I’ve always felt both supported and challenged. It’s a great gym with great coaches. Sent from my iPhone

  CF214 is such a great atmosphere, not intimidating at all. The coaches are all immediately welcoming and helpful, and I have felt from day 1 here that I am part of the community. I have grown so much as an athlete and as an individual.

  Great CrossFit box with awesome coaches. They emphasize proper form over higher weights to ensure safety and confidence. Love it!
