  Great Bank! Love the personable feel and how it's more face to face. Not talking to a teller in a glass case is nice for a change. Super friendly branch. Melanie is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks 1st Bank!!

  1/10/2018 Melanie the teller I'm assuming hopefully she isn't a supervisor or management. I went in today to cash and deposit my business check and got attitude wasn't very friendly at all the look on her face was as if I was bothering her time of standing around, I had left and called the branch I had originally opened up my accts with and of course they where very helpful and informative definitely about customer satisfaction. They informed me of my options and let me know to let this branch I was at of the options and if there was any issues they could give them a call. And what do you know Melanie had a change of attitude once my fiancé explained to her what we were told our options where....I directly told her why didn't you tell me this when I was just in here?? But what upset me even more was when I was in here the first time I was walking out and happened to look back and saw her nodding her head to the young guy that was up there with her to come over to the computer she was at so I stopped and said are discussing issues with my account cause if you are I need to know. I know there are confidential policies and kind of made me worry about that. No I don't have thousands in my business acct yet because I am 2 months into my business but don't expect the behavior she was displaying as one of my bank tellers. Very unprofessional of her. Going forward I will make sure I continue my business with the Scottsdale location. Customer service goes a long way.

  Hate this bank, would give 0 stars if I could. Kept telling me I was a minor even though I had proof of identification, ID, birth certificate, Social Security card. All proved I was a legal age adult. Kept refusing to open an account for me because I was a "minor" and needed an adult even though I'm a perfectly capable adult.

  I am a new member almost 2 months and I have not experienced any problems. The only thing I don't like is it takes a little while for deposits to post. But it's ok I can still spend til money posts. So not bad downfall.
