::It would be more helpful to have another teller instead of the bank manager (or whoever it is) acting as a Wal-Mart greeter. Nothing is more annoying than walking into a bank and seeing a line of people, then seeing an employee standing around... doing nothing.

::Iveet is my business banker and helps with my personal accounts as well. I've very satisfied with Wells Fargo and Iveets service. She always goes above and beyond to help me and I love the personal service I get at this branch. Its out of the way for me but totally worth the drive.

::Went to Wells to do a currency exchange USD to Euro's. A couple things you need to know if you are going to use them. First: The service was Excellent I was helped by Markus. Second: If you are not a Wells Member there is a $7 transaction fee. Did not know that when I got there but that is ok, because even with their fee Wells is still far cheaper than Travelex. Third: Be sure to call a couple days a head and order what you need especially if it is a large amount. I got lucky and they had just what I needed, but not a penny more, so anybody else who needed Euro's today was out of luck. Other than these few things to remember, Wells made it easy, fast and it was close to home.

::The best banking service we have had in a long time. Jenna took great care of us, spending several hours with us over a three day period. We setup several corporate and personal accounts and she took us step by step through getting our online accounts activated. Knowing that we were new to town, Jenna took the time to make recommendations for many other non-banking services. It's great to know excellent customer service still exists!!
