::I have filed complaint with chase about the Branch Manager bad customer service and hopefully they look in to that. if you have bad experience please report it to chase . note this branch do not pickup the phone.

::I have banked with Chase for a long time. I have no issues with the bank itself, but this branch has the absolute worst customer service. Each time I go there I am disappointed. I will drive out of my way to another Chase just to avoid my experiences at this one. Very, very long waits. Something is always broken. The tellers are condescending or just have a LOT of bad days. I have to give directions to them multiple times and have them fix things multiple times per transaction. It's just frustrating. I need a notary today, and I don't even want to try and go to this branch because I don't want to get there and find out they can't help me and be disappointed again. I have been calling, but no one is answering. I am just really disappointed in this branch and will not use it any longer.
