::Twice in the last 30 days I have been double charged for items at this store. I have been getting the run around in getting this resolved. When my family and I returned yesterday to follow up, along with our 4 year old son, we were threatened by the manager Tasha. She told us "we better be nice if we want help" but said she cant help us (again) because shes busy. We asked when we could come back and she yelled at us that "now you aren't getting any help you should have been nice" and continued to say "you need to get out now or I will call the police and have you banned from the store". As we were leaving, she shouted "YOU GOT THE WRONG ONE TODAY". It was humiliating, terrifying, threatening, and aggressive, in addition to being completely unprofessional. I called the corporate office this morning and was told by Nicole, reference number #6349354, that Tasha probably reacted this way because we have asked about getting refunded too many times. She also said that corporate has to process the refund and send it to the store, which is not anything Tasha mentioned. We received no apology and was told the request was sent to the store and to go see Tasha again tomorrow morning (probably our 8th attempt at getting this resolved). At this point, we do not feel safe going to this store after being threatened yesterday. The lack of concern is extremely overwhelming and disappointing, considering we live in the neighborhood and have been coming to this store with no issues since 2011. Please people, check your receipts. You may be getting double charged as well and with the manager not having any sense of urgency, our thoughts is that the employees here are probably intentionally doing this and skimming from the top. Way to be a family place, family dollar! Threatening your customers is a great way to lose business. We have also filed a complaint with the BBB to open an investigation on the practices of this store. We have all receipts, dates times and people we spoke with and will be cooperating while this is investigated further.

::Place to go for candy at best prices. Lot's of stuff at good price if you shop around - bottled water, coffee pods, even some name brand make-up, lotions, etc.

::I don't know what it is, but it seems like all Family Dollar stores are all the same. Aisles full of carts with boxed products! Too much stuff! Isn't this a liability? A fire hazard? I'm just saying and the tone from the staff is very poor. It's a beautiful sunny day today, why the attitude? Thank you and you have a nice day!
