  I went to but eggs their they sign read $1.00 and when I got to counter they rang up $1.70. When I asked for manager and told her that. She said someone took off the sign and refused to give it to me for 1dollar. I even told her Florida state law saws you have to honor price. She would now honor Florida state law

  The night manager on the evening of 2/23/2018 is rude. No matter what time of day she's there her attitude stinks. Next visit in posting her name.

  They just remodel the store very clean and nice now.people friendly.

  This location is pretty slow there is ALWAYS a line every time I go in . If your in a hurry to grab a item please do not stop here ....lol

  The customer service is terrible I have come to this store location many times and the staff act like your doing them and injustice by asking for assistance I had brought 3 cases of soda to the counter thinking they were 3 for $10 and i grabbed the wrong soda combination so I asked which soda was correct the cashier didn't know and acted like she really didn't care either so I waited about fifteen minutes at the register for someone to help me and if wouldn't had reminded them it would have been longer the lines always way to long and they will only keep one register open as 2 or 3 other employees walk around shoot the breeze and talk about Nothing that is going to improve the quality of this store. It's a real shame cause if they got some good management I bet things would change cause it were me some of these employees are just riding the clock and stealing from this company would just have to be fired or given a warning to change or bye bye. Please Family Dollar owner fix your store and customer service staff I'll guarantee your sales will go up because patrons will want to return
