  Very poor customer service. The girl had her baby in a stroller behind the counter. As she was ringing my stuff up she was on the phone then stopped to text.... Where they do this??? Awful!

  it's very good service my personal favorite employee is the man I don't know his name but he knows my face and politely greets me every time I come in

  This family dollar is good because it's close to home but there service had been poor until recently. They do not have a large enough varity or greeting cards. They have run out of bags, more then once, and have even run out of change in the register and had to turn all the customers way.

  There's never enough help. At no point in time should there ever be only two ladies in the store especially at night. The store has been broken into several times. I didn't feel safe in the 30 minutes I was in there, the cashier actually had to ask someone to uncover their face when they walked in. The cashier was very nice and professional.
