I can not recommend anyone staying at this property in good conscience. My husband & I was going to DFW to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. We had a full weekend planned of fun. I booked the Fairfield due to proximity to Medieval Times our first stop. First the really good things... Booking was easy online I booked a mobility tub room on the ground floor. Found the hotel easily with the directions provided. Went to check in and they didn't have the tub room it was sold out. Not a problem the helpful staff upgraded us to a suite still on lower level . The room was extremely nice & still accessible. Check in went smoothly too. We was delighted to have a clean, appeared safe, nice staff place to stay. Went to dinner got back late that night with a very heavy etched glass mug/Stein souvenir of MT full of Pepsi which I set my on the counter. Next morning breakfast was good. Omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, and other items was very tasty. Everything was very clean. Staff was hospitable. We decided to stay another night & just make the hr long drive to ft worth stockyards on staff recommendations. In preparation for the day rinsed the Pepsi out of mug & set it in corner of sink counter. We left for the day. Now the bad...Next day packing up to come home no mug....ck suitcases, car, everywhere nothing. Go to front desk, he asks housekeeping they "did not take it," so where is it?? Nothing they can do we was told, but I'm going to look into the matter & get back with you. Call back Tuesday since I haven't heard anything talk to operations manager he said nothing in log, so not found, and he has no theifs working for him. Ok maybe you dont, or you do, or at least not an honest person if not a thief. Either they took my souvenir, broke it, or accidentally disposed of it, and aren't saying so to me that's dishonest. Accidents happen no biggie just say so when you know I'm looking for it. His response call DPD. Unacceptable response imo should say " I'll look at security tape see who accessed your room, or if we can see the mug in trash sack etc." I did tell him I would do a review as they requested ( I've got 3 emails asking me to do so)on all the travel sites he literally laughed. I'm sure a $16 missing mug is a big joke to him, but it sure put a damper on my 25th wedding anniversary trip, & it wasn't a joke to me. Whenever I think of my trip this is my first memory. I called corporate they said management would contact me that hasn't happened & it's been a week. Stay with caution dont leave anything in the room you dont want to lose is my advise.

Took a long time to check in because only one person was working. The room we got was right under stairs & by the entrance - this room should be used for only storage! The continuous of noise was unbearable to the point I was ready to sleep in the car! The fire alarm went off at 5am, waited outside for what felt like forever for the fire dept to come & get it turned off. When we went to breakfast, the dining room was too small to hold everyone & they had ran out or didn't have enough food. Trash cans over flowing & not a hotel person in site.

I have to say we were greeted by some of the best staff ever. The room was not the best I have ever been in but I will go back because of the super nice front desk staff. The room we stayed in was room 342, I loved the view and that we were in a corner of the hotel by the stairs. The issue was that the ac made a loud noise all night long and of course when the maintenance man came it wouldn't do it. The other issue was it was supposed to be 2 queen beds but they were full size beds. My husband and I tossed and turned most of the night so the sheets were pulled up the next morning to show some reallllllly badly stained mattresses with something that looked like blood. Not really sure. We were going to Midievil times so this was an easy walk to the location.

The hotel was nice. Definitely stayed in better. The carpet looked older as did the rooms. However it was still a nice stay. I would have rated higher but the Internet was horrible. I had to use my cell phone as a hot spot for my family to use the Internet. The hotels was so slow it was hardly useable. My laptop runs Linux and it wouldn't even let me on the network because it was deemed to insecure. I work remotely so bad Internet would make any level of nice hotel not worth returning to. But that's just my needs hence the 4 stars. Was a good stay otherwise.

My husband and I stayed here for a week due to me having back surgery in Dallas. Jason was the first concierge we saw. He was very professional and always pleasant. Our room was nice. The breakfast was good each morning. We were well accommodated. We look forward to visiting Dallas again someday. When we do, we’ll stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites.
