  Had a great check in experience with outstanding customer service by Matt, however our room was gross. We got in our room and dropped our things to let the kids get some swim time in, so we didn’t get a chance to check out the room and we trust the Marriott quality, especially being a Platinum Elite member, was solid. Upon returning from swimming, we noticed many body hairs all over the tub, bathroom floor, and sink area. There was also blood dripped all over the carpet in the bathroom area... very unsanitary. We had an early departure and didn’t want to have to repack and move to a different room and gamble it’s cleanliness.

  We arrived several hours before check-in due to a terrible experience in the previous hotel. Upon arriving in the lobby, we were greeted by Dennis, and I immediately knew we were in good hands. Dennis is friendly and pleasant, and extremely helpful. His demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile is the definition of great hospitality. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, and above all, the staff at this location will provide everything you need - and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

  Nice hotel in a convenient location for downtown Dallas and anything you may need to get to. It's affordable with a friendly staff and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms newly renovated. I'd recommend for anyone needing to stay in the Dallas area.

  If you need a place to stay right in the city, this is the location you need because it is convenience for those who want to visit Dallas, especially downtown. The room we had was clean and service was good as well. Price was very reasonable for 2 queen size beds for my friends and I. We all sleep pretty good. They have a Starbucks/food area near the lobby. They have a pool and at night there's bonfire which is very nice to sit and chill. They also have a gym if you want to work out. Also, note, there's no breakfast though with the stay but there's plenty of food around the places to check out as well.

  This was an above average hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The AC worked beautifully. The only hiccups I had were their elevator was very loud and squeaky and since my room was right next to it, it woke me up a few times in the night. Also I had to do laundry while there, and found out that their dryer did not do a good job (it was old and didn't have a timer option). I had to finish air drying all of my clothes.
