  Rooms were clean and well equipped. The food being served there was the best food I've had at a hotel restaurant in a very long time. I highly recommend staying here again..

  We stay here every year when we come to Dallas. The front desk personnel are fantastic, extremely helpful. The beds are also fantastic,very comfortable .We find it perfect for our group

  Clean hotel and comfortable beds, however I had checked in very late after an extremely long day, and had another very long day the next day and got woken up super early by construction right outside my room. If you are a marginally light sleeper don’t stay here the rooms are NOT soundproof. I told the guy at the front desk that it should have been mentioned but he couldn’t have cared less.

  Helpful staff, comfortable room, good food in the restaurant. Both morning and evening staff on the front desk was very helpful. Service in the bar and restaurant very good. Shout out to Christopher on the shuttle for picking us up late at the American Airlines arena.

  This hotel was in a good location for us is why we picked it. The parking lot is too small to begin with and the hotel itself could use some updating. We asked for a room with 2 queen beds, we were given 2 hard double beds, def not big enough for couples to sleep comfortably in. The bathroom was extremely small and the carpet throughout was old and dated. On the plus size, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and the rooms cleaned on time.
