  I had the pleasure of having Erica check me in and the extended stay Detroit-canton. She was such a pleasure from the very beginning to the end, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I 100% recommend the stay. There’s nothing better than having the comfort of knowing the place you’re staying at is full of pleasant people. Thankyou so much Erica!😁

  I was not a guest here, not would I ever be now... I'm a door dasher came in and asked the lady behind the desk (rude by the way) if they had a bathroom. She said "we do, but only for staff". WHAT!!! I've never heard of that, not that it matters, but I'm also pregnant, so I think that was awful. Horrible customer service... Even for people just coming into deliver to their customers.

  Id give it zero srars if I could. Met 4 workers. 2 desk clerks. Jenn and I think he said Dave not sure, just mumbling name over phone. I'll find out. Jenn and other 2 workers were really cool. Dave was really unprofessional and rude. Having problems with Internet and when I tried to get help the guy just hung up on me. Terrible connection for external phone wifi and no real wifi at hotel like ad claims. Cant connect to any of my accounts or view my security cams back home because this place sucks. Tv gets very few channels. I had to go buy a TV and an antenna to actually watch anyting worth watching and get 3 times the channels with the hd antenna. Don't be fooled. Go somewhere else. I will never come here again and I will be posting my experience on Facebook, Twitter, and every other mass media interface I can. I will also be sending a full detailed report to corporate headquarters or the owner when I research the proprietors.

  My sister stayed in this place for over 2 months and every day was a nightmare! There is constant dogs barking, it smells like an ashtray all in the hallways, there is no business center or pool. The funny thing is they charge just as much as other hotels who have all those amenities they do not. The staff seem as if they want to be somewhere else and do not care about guest. They only have one elevator that's so small only two people can be in it at the time. They have one roll cart to transport luggage and every time I came up there there's only one and the wheel is flat which makes it difficult to transport your luggage. The view is like the hotel!, there is a dirty pond in the front with trash in it and that was the view from our window😂 this place is a joke and I would not recommend it to anyone. It really makes the hotel industry in Michigan look bad when people come here from different states. Overpriced!

  Very Comfy for extended stay or even a few nights. It’s not a 5 star Hotel, but it has all the basics you need when on the road. I’ve been here visiting my hubby for 2 weeks and the staff has been very pleasant and helpful. Location is great!!! You are within walking distance of shopping and dinning (if you chose to). Everything you need is close. Everything is clean and well taken care of. No fowl smells like I’ve read in other comments.
