  Checked in to reserve three rooms for my guests from out off town, Robert waited on me, very friendly ,respectful ,and knowledgeable gentleman, took care of my requests without any histattions. Just to confirm ,I called next day, Lisa ,made sure everything was entered in the system so my guests won't have any issues. Place very clean and warming. Stay tuned. Dev

  I believe in the rooms can be clean 1 time per week I've the room it's occupied. The only thing breakfast can have more variety of options like fruits. Can have also cheese, ham to put in the bread also. There have a big variety of people for different parts of country and world also. The the rest it's very good.

  Ceiling cracked with drip marks of old water leaks all over including the bath. Mold in bath caulking. The pen and paper left on the desk were wet. The room phone did not work. The tub had hair in it. Only half of the fireplace lit up. There was a dirty mop and containers of cleaning chemical in the area with the ice maker. The interior of the elevator was filthy. I could go on and on. This was a waste of my money. Disgusting. I should have taken more photos.

  Seems there is no housekeeping in this hotel/motel whatever one might wanna call it. The table clock time was not updated, carpet was torn, bathroom door hook for others broken, bad smell in the room for which I had to buy a room air freshener from Walmart, noisy/out dated fridge, breakfast is just for name sake! Very bad breakfast. Pool is always out of service.

  Pool was broke. Thermostat in room did not control heat properly. remote did not work for tv. asked to not be placed in a room near the elevator but was placed next to it instead. fire place in room did not work. Spoke to management about these but nothing was done about any of it. Breakfast was very limited. Front door to hotel was broke. But hey, other than that it was great... NOT.
