The Exchange building is located in downtown Memphis. It right next to Court Square. on the Trolley line. This building has AirBnb locaitons, apartment rentals, and hotel rooms. I have been visiting the site weekly due to the Blockchain meetups that are hosted there. In addition to people talking about blockchain, the Exchange building has become a hub for blockchain development in Memphis TN.

Been to better truck stop hotels. There were no batteries in the remote, no controlled access into living areas, no curtains in the bedroom, no coffee for the provided coffee maker and the power to the unit was off at the electrical panel when we got there. The bedsheets were too small for the mattress and kept coming off in the night. The in room A/C units were louder than a car and had huge gashes in the fresh air supply which made it essentially open to the outside. Unless you have no other option avoid at all cost.

Easy to find, easy check in and a lovely atmosphere in the building. However, there was no AC in my apt, and a mobile unit had been put in the living area instead. This had little effect to cool the room and after 20 mins in the apt it broke down. I called for maintenance and they came swiftly (very friendly, and they seemed to know exactly what was wrong). They brought the AC unit into the bathroom and emptied water out of it from the bottom. Issue fixed. Or so I thought. Throughout my short stay (1 night) I had to empty the unit out myself a further 3 times. Not happy. On top of this, the bed was comfy but the sheets were soiled.
