The hotel has nice looking rooms, is close to a lot of attractions, with Beale Street being either walking distance or a short ride, housekeeping kept room clean, and staff are nice and informative. Unfortunately, and this is a big one, the beds are uncomfortable.

The beds weren't all that comfortable. The elevator is slow. The staff isn't all that helpful. They kept the easiest access to the building locked. And courtyards don't have free breakfast. All in all, I wouldn't stay here again.

The staff at this hotel was noticeably very helpful and kind. They went out of their way to involve themselves with our stay and I really appreciated it. Very comfortable amenities and rooms. Convenient distance from our event location, and decent food all around.

Decent location (if you want to be downtown), walking distance to just about everything, including Beale street (about a 10 minute walk). The restaurant here was better than I expected, but is not in danger of gaining a michelin star. The price was right in line with any other downtown, mid-tier hotel. The room was average sized and the bed was as comfortable as any other Marriott. The staff were friendly. Everything worked in my room, and it was clean. I probably could have just said "it's a Courtyard" and that would have given you the same information.

Loved the room. Stylish and chic, decent view even on the second floor. Only complaint is that there are no mirrors outside the bathroom, so if 2 people are trying to get ready at the same time, it's difficult, especially while showering. Facility is under construction for another few weeks, so the smell of paint, sawdust, etc is prevalent. Restaurant downstairs will do in a pinch, but wouldn't recommend. Bartenders very friendly and helpful with dining and nightlife tips. Parking very convenient, valets fast and courteous. Location of hotel convenient as well.
