::I rented a car from Enterprise in Deer Park last year from July through October. To make a long story short, I had an agreement with the managers from Enterprise to pay my remaining balance through a payment plan that was supposed to begin in December 2017. So, instead of waiting for my payments they decided to force charges on my credit cards that I had on file. There was not enough credit available on my credit card, so Enterprise of Deer Park was able to force the charges on my credit card. This transaction was done without letting me know. When I saw my credit card statements I was very surprised to see that my credit card was over the limit and that enterprise was able to force the charges on my account. I called and spoke to the manager and she told me she was going to look into this matter and get back to me. This was in November. I still have not heard back from her. I have been going back and forth with my credit card company about disputing the charges. Thank you to Enterprise of Deer Park for working out a payment plan with me and then deciding to force charges on my credit card which is now over the limit and has effected my credit.
