  Bought my last three cars from this dealer they are absolutely fantastic do not have enough words to say about the sales department.. Service department Andy is so very very nice .. Fair..accommodating.. And honest.. My most recent experience just confirms all my past experiences.. Highly recommend this dealer if you are in the market for a Nissan

  Anthony Jakup is the kindest and most personable service associate I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I usually don't like going to the dealership for service because they typically charge more than independent mechanics but I'll definitely be back now. Also, this dealership is architecturally beautiful and has quite a nice showroom.

  I had a great experience at Smithtown Nissan. Kenny went above and beyond to make sure it was a smooth process and that I was completely satisfied with my new car at a price that was affordable! He gave me a great deal and picking up the car was a breeze. There were no hidden fees or up-charges and it was a quick and easy process. I even misplaced the spare key in the dealership for the car I was trading in and Kenny didn't stop looking for it until he found it the next day!!! I felt personally cared for and comfortable with the whole process. Best service I've experienced buying a car (and this is my fourth new car purchase) and would recommend the dealership, Especially Kenny, with utmost confidence!! A+++++

  My wife and I have been going to Smithtown Nissan for over 10 Year’s now. The friendliness of everyone who works there is incredible. They are an amazing group of people that will listen to your needs and wants and do the best they can to get you into the auto of your dreams. Mo Sultan is the best sales associate that I have had the pleasure of working with. Joe Urso makes us feel genuinely welcome every time we walk into the showroom. I’ve also had the pleasure of dealing with the best service department. Their service is top notch and the service associates go above and beyond to make your experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend Smithtown Nissan to anyone who wants a great car buying experience.
