    Stay away. This rental company is a scam. I went there after some car trouble and my car wouldn't be ready. I needed to get to work that day and mechanic gave me a ride to this location. They then tell me that they only have pick up trucks available while the parking lot is full. I ask what about any of the other vehicles he then tells me those are rented or belong to employees. I tell him I will contact a different location he then tells me let me find out if any of those are available. That already got me mad, why wouldn't he check before telling me that they are rented. He then tells me I have a intermediate car. I take it and during the walk around I spot a lot of scratches and tell him. He tells me I noted these scratches and shows me the front and back bumper telling me that as long as there is no dent or big scratch on the bumpers I am good. Drove to work then home. First thing in the morning my wife drops of the car for me and then I get a call that there is a dent on the roof of the car. Someone checked the car when my wife returned it and didn't see it they seen it later. They tell me I checked the roof and that the person who showed me the car never said that as long as bumpers were not dented I am good. The supervisor Dan would not provide me a rental agreement per my insurance company or return my calls. These are scam artist and this place should be shut down. Stay away...

    To Whom it May Concern, Funny you should ask me to review because my recent experience with you was awful and I will NEVER be renting another vehicle from you or your company. From the beginning to the end the experience was terrible. Even though I had a reservation I still had to wait over 45 min until they had a car ready for me. When It was ready it was still dirty and smelled something terrible. Since I was already 45 mins late for my trip I did not have time to swap out the vehicle (which would be my downfall). The sales person was pushy when trying to sell their coverage after repeatedly telling him I did not want to purchase and I needed to be on my way. Since I was late I didn't have a lot of time to inspect the car fully and upon return the representative found a cracked hubcap and bent rim. After explaining that it was impossible for me to have been responsible for the damage the representative seemed to dismiss everything I was saying and immediately began filing a claim with my insurance company. I was once again in the office for an additional 45 min while they did what they had to do. At the end of the day yes it is my fault for not inspecting every aspect of the vehicle but I was in a hurry. I can tell you this there was ZERO customer service, there was ZERO remorse for making me late for my trip, and there was ZERO listening skills when trying to explain to the representatives the situation. It's crazy to think that I used to be employed by your company and have taken a lot of the skills I have learned with me along my lifes journey, however, it would be an understatement to say that what I have learned back then certainly has changed over the years. If I could give you a ZERO star rating I would.

    Although it was last minute and options were few, I was given a pick up truck- definitely not my vehicle of choice. But transportation is transportation. Anyway as am at a red light, I happen to glance at the back seat and notice there’s a child’s sock in the floor. I think to myself ok. But then I find a long strand of red hair. Now I’m disgusted and saying they never washed the vehicle inside or out. Within 4 hrs I Return the vehicle. As I wait for my ride to pick me up, the staff gives the truck to another couple, within minutes, no washing, cleaning or vacuuming. Disgusting This was my first and last time going there, I’ll use the Deer Park location although they have a fast rate of car turnovers, they stil take out a few minutes to wash the car.

    Dangerous location,no costumer parking spots. You will have to park on the shoulder of Sunrise Hwy(27)or side of a residential street. The property was NOT plowed,10+ of inches on the sidewalk making it very difficult to access the location.Not handicap friendly. You will have to walk onto incoming traffic with cars flying at 70mph,I guess during the summer isnt that bad but still dangerous to park on the shoulder. Waiting for a car took over 20 min. Most rental cars take about 10 minutes to get transaction done. 20 minutes waiting for a car "in route" but yet they had a few other cars on the lot. "Amanda" the manager dint have a business card to provide me,I decided to cancel the rental,but they already charged my credit card. I asked for a copy of the "voided/cancelled"contract and they couldn't provide me with one.I had 2 bad experiences at this location before(1)I rented a car once with bold tires and shook over 30 mph.2)Rented a car through my insurance called me a few hours later saying they have given me the wrong vehicle and i need it to bring it back ASAP or i was going to be charged $350 a day for the car ),still,I gave them another chance today,but,.I will never visit this location again.

    The location in West Islip is Awesome. However.. The location at JFK airport was a horror. We had two small children with us. They kept us there for more than an hour. Then refused to rent us a car. Said they refused to take my debt card. Even though when I made the reservation I verified that I only had a debit card with plenty of money to cover the rental for the week. We ended up having to go to another location a day later and paying $200 more for the week. They should teach their managers at JFK location the rules. There was no reason for them to send us away without a car. Not to mention the cost of getting a cab from the Enterprise location to location of our vacation visit. So the JFK location for Enterprise receives a - 2 Stars from me.
