  I had a great experience at Enterprise in Bellmore. I was reffered to them by our insurance company to rent a car while my vehicle was being fixed from an accident. Every person I came in contact with was so helpful. It was smooth process from start to finish.

  Very disappointed with my most recent rental #8016257899 He charged me an extra $40 a day but told me $35 I was charged an extra $27.66 an hour which added up to $55.32 for the two hours I was late, I wouldn’t have been late if the poorly designed gps in the brand new Infinity took me to the right place. I told the girl what happened and her response was (well don’t you have a smart phone?) yes I do, but I was not about to use it while driving in a state I was unfamiliar with. Shame on you.... The list goes on, but I will leave that for a PM.

  Everyone was friendly and professional. Matt did a great job. They were able to drop off as well, which was much appreciated. Nice location.

  I was so pleased with the service I received here. I returned one car for another it was a flawless transaction, their prices were fantastic compared to other rental cars in the same airport. I did try to use them again and I was unable to get a mini van which is what I needed. I will go back and I highly recommend this place. One gentleman that was not a manager was fantastic and if I knew his name I would be sure to write a letter of praise

  I HIGHLY suggest choosing a different location to rent your car! I have rented a car from this location twice over the past year and both were poor experiences. I rent cars on a biweekly basis all over the country so I know by comparison this location provides sub par service. If you MUST rent from here do NOT swipe your credit card PRIOR to signing contract/paperwork. They will overcharge you. The first time I was given a Jeep Wrangler as 'the only thing available' when I signed up for a car. They had me do the 'visual check' of the vehicle only to find dog slobber on the inside of the windows and dog hair everywhere inside. I waited nearly an hour for it to then be cleaned properly. When I drove off the lot I made it 10 minutes before the gas light went off. The second time, I was given a car as I signed up for. During the 'visual inspection' the employee was licking his finger and wiping dirt off the car to show me examples of 'acceptable damage' on the car. I asked if I could have a clean car and he said 'Well I just didn't want you to wait any longer.' I said 'this really isn't acceptable business practices but I can't put off my job any longer today.' I had signed up for a 7:30am pick up, showed up at 8, and still waited almost 30 minutes for a dirty car. He said 'well I see you have a full tank of gas and I'm ok with you taking it; info will be e-mail to you'. No contract/paperwork was ever asked to be signed but my credit card was taken on file to be charged. After leaving with this car I was called to get the ID number of the car which they forgot to note. The person called back a second time as they did not actually write the number down. Finally, I never got an invoice e-mailed to me and yet today I see my card has been charged.
