::The heavyset representative that helped me at the counter was rude and very prejudice. I was there for at least 40 min. She not only gave me a cheaper car than I rented but knowingly kept reassuring me how I was going to love this car. I rented an intermediate car she gave me a compact with no gas. Another woman of color came in with cash to rent a car. When she was denied and told she would need a card, the woman expressed that she had bad credit. The representative for no reason looked at my card and suggested to the woman maybe you can get a card from MCU, from which my card was from. I stated to her that only city employees could get a card from the credit union. My usual nature would have been to really tell this underplayed, struggling, prejudice, overweight witch a thing or two, however I wasn't feeling well. You think it would stop there, but no. Before I had left in that bicycle car, she made a comment on my nails and eyebrows. Nevertheless I called up Enterprise customer service later in the day told them my story. They were confused why the representative went through so much effort to try to make the car she gave me represent the price I paid. They apologized and gave me a very nice upgraded truck which I went to the airport to exchange.

::I used this location when my car was in the body shop after an accident. They were very helpful and courteous. Jordan, the manager walked me through the process and called me backed right away when I had a concern. Super team and service over there.
