  We bought out car to Collison island to get repaired , we picked up a rental in the meantime,l. The car that was given to us should be on the road (Volkswagen tiguan) as soon as took off we had to came because the driver mirror was broken.... we were told to use fix it manually as they had no similar car in stock.... they promised to call to let me know there would be one, that was not done neither.. Lamar the manager then denied never reaching out.... we finally have a decent car and it is only thanks to Bob from Midland collision , the place where my car is getting fixed!!! **irony** Also STOP PREFILLING THE CUSTOMER SURVEY FOR YOUR CUSTOMER GIVE US CHANCE T SAY HOW CRAPPY YOU ARE..! thanks fr Google!

  Was given the wrong rental record, deceived about how much i needed to pay for the rental and the attendants were rude when i returned the vehicle and made me wait to receive my bill.

  Gotta good deal with excellent service ...No complaints. Would use again without hesitation.
