::Excellent customer service in all organizational levels. I used to live close to this location, so the convenience factor for me was wonderful. I don't live near there anymore, but still use this location because they are that good! Very friendly, quick response to unforseen issues and am always treated like family here!

::I use Enterprise when I travel because I've always had such great customer service and experiences when renting. This latest time was slightly disappointing, for the sole reason that the car I suggested (SUV) wasn't available. The only option I was given was a minivan, which worked fine and was great throughout the trip, but I was a little nervous about driving a Dodge Grand Caravan around Atlanta, simply because of the size of the vehicle. I'm not quite sure how the car reservation request works, but next time I would love to have the type of vehicle requested.

::Wouldn’t return to this location. The prices were way too high. When I called they told me prices of the vehicles and when I got there, it was totally different, plus they only had one vehicle available which was a compact car, wasn’t worth the price. The employee that dealt with me, was very rude, kept raising her voice when I asked a simple question. And when I told her that the prices are too high, she had an attitude.
