  Excellent customer service in all organizational levels. I used to live close to this location, so the convenience factor for me was wonderful. I don't live near there anymore, but still use this location because they are that good! Very friendly, quick response to unforseen issues and am always treated like family here!

  The Richmond Road Enterprise Car Rental really came through for me 4/26/18 w/a one wk rental. I’d like to give a shout out to Aaron J. Arovits. Dude I really appreciate your help with getting a car, making it affordable & getting me on the road. So for a positive, helpful, representive I would recommend seeming Aaron for your car rental needs. Thank you sir & my mother loved my visit. 👍🏽

  I use Enterprise when I travel because I've always had such great customer service and experiences when renting. This latest time was slightly disappointing, for the sole reason that the car I suggested (SUV) wasn't available. The only option I was given was a minivan, which worked fine and was great throughout the trip, but I was a little nervous about driving a Dodge Grand Caravan around Atlanta, simply because of the size of the vehicle. I'm not quite sure how the car reservation request works, but next time I would love to have the type of vehicle requested.

  Wouldn’t return to this location. The prices were way too high. When I called they told me prices of the vehicles and when I got there, it was totally different, plus they only had one vehicle available which was a compact car, wasn’t worth the price. The employee that dealt with me, was very rude, kept raising her voice when I asked a simple question. And when I told her that the prices are too high, she had an attitude.
