  The pickup from the car repair garage to the Hertz center took a while, and they took a long time to get me registered for the car. They put me in the same car that they picked me up in, but they had to go in the back to get it again. What usually took me 5 minutes to get a rental car before took almost an hour, and I was late to work.

  Hertz prides themselves on smoke free cars. They’re are not. Be prepared for a car that smells of smoke. They ask that renters don’t smoke in their cars. But they continue to rent them to future drivers even if someone has smoked in the car. I only drove it when I had to. It made me feel ill.

  Arranged a car and when I arrived to pick it up, got an additional discount. Staff very helpful and willing to help. Appriciate this place!

  The ONLY rental car service my dad, and I will EVER use!! They are very reliable and affordable, plus their staff was amazing!! Very friendly and was happy to help us in any way!! Great Job!!!

  Had 2 vouchers that were given for some issues on 2 previous separate rentals. At time of presentation, employee assured us that BOTH vouchers could be applied to next rental. Upon presentation of both vouchers (which were due to expire a few days after scheduled rental), were told that only one could be applied. Imagine the complete dismay. Was very upset with the situation. Erica worked it right out. Upon our return of rental we were presented with another voucher of equal value. Erica was fantastic!!! Job well done, customer service at its finest!!!
