  Great fast friendly service. One word of warning. they do not do Drop off pick up service as they do not staff enough people. However they did reimburse for the cab ride to go get the car. The whole process to set up the rental was fast easy and painless. The return of the vehicle only took 5 minutes. Deposit was returned immediately. For military star card members they do accept the star card for payment, next time I'm using these guys.

  Can I give -2 stars? Not willing to work. I ask for a ride to the repair shop after return the rental car. The guy told me it is too far. He cannot do it. Come on, it's only 4 miles away!
