  The staff at the Cortlandt Manor location is awesome. I've been renting from this location for a few years & they never disappoint. Quick & thorough check-in & drop off & everyone is very attentive & friendly.

  Always have an appropriate vehicle available for me or they upgrade at no charge. Convenient, good pricing, they pick me up and drop me off. Can't ask for too much more.

  They just make it all so easy!!! I’ve rented from them at least 5 times over the past 10 yrs and mainly after auto accidents. That is such a stressful time in your life especially when your car is totaled. There is nothing to even think about with enterprise, it’s 1,2,3 and you are out the door in a rental. Honestly.

  The staff was very helpful to me, both in working with the insurance company and picking me up at the auto body. Friendly, too. The car was dirty on the outside when I rented it, due to the salt. It was so cold they couldn't wash it. To their credit, it was 16 degrees as the high that day. I thought it would have been appropriate to receive a free car wash coupon for a professional cleaning, but that wasn't offered. Still, the service was very good and I'd definitely go back if I need a rental car.
