  Thank you for the opportunity to commend some of your employees. Ashland, Danny and Brie are always pleasant, courteous and above all excellent customer service skills. They are exceptional employees and an assets to Enterprise. This is a very busy office but the service is personalized and very accommodating and the cars are clean. I am a frequent customer.

  Good service, picked me up and circled back and forth after I realized I forgot my licence at home. Processed things quickly, despite 5-6 other patrons waiting. Respectful, not pushing into up-sells.

  This is a great establishment. I have had a few occasions to rent a car from them and every time it has been a positive experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The prices are good and the cars are always immaculately clean It’s the small things that the staff does that make it stand out in my mind. The entire staff seems to genuinely care about what they are doing and makes you feel welcome. If you are going to rent a car, I’d recommend going to this location. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  Enterprise team at Bardonia is consistently the best car rental group I've experienced. Professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I rent from them often and never been disappointed. Great crew and service all around . Thank you One suggestion to make visiting the location perfect: a coffee maker in the waiting area WOULD be awesome!

  Once again Danny and his stafff came through especially Jason with the last minute rental needed for work. They were able to accommodate me and get me out within a timely manner, even with the office being packed with customers. Danny handled it extremely well and efficiently. Enterprise you need more managers and staff like Danny and his crew out there they are A+++
