  Awesome experience, Kyle is all about customer satisfaction. Out of all the locations I rent from,this is now my favorite, and also my only spot now.

  They were able to give us an upgrade with full insurance since there wasn't a basic car available. Actually he scammed us. He gave us the car upgrade but we still only had basic insurance. Lesson learned. Read what you are signing, don't trust what they say.

  Great staff and excellent service. I would highly recommend this rental location. From management to support staff, they are all helpful and courteous.

  If I could give this establishment 10 stars I would . Since day one I was blown away from the outstanding customer service I received from kyle and Jeff . They were very professional and courteous. These two men went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible experience . I wish all companies were run by such compassionate individuals. Enterprise is lucky to have these gentleman be the face of their company. If you are looking for a car rental facility that will treat you with the utmost respect do yourself a favor and use enterprise of Mahopac NY you won't be disappointed.
