Her loyalty to the Dependable brand was superior and her smile, grace, personality, and ability to focus on details made me feel safe and secure that my personal belongings were taken care of. ::I came in to collect my order and was greeted by Raven. It was raining and I only needed one item, thinking it best not to expose all my starched shirts to the elements. Raven was absolutely fine with my taking the pants I needed for my interview and not only that, after I expressed some concern about them getting wet, went to great lengths to make sure they didn't get wet, all this in the most cheerful and helpful manner. The highlight of my otherwise wet and stressful day. 5 stars for Raven!!
