  These folks have been great. Super fast service, never more than two minutes in the shop for pick-up or delivery, clothes perfect and auto payment. Great quality, efficient process and smiles!

  Latoya was everything. She catered a custom wash and fold experience to my personal laundry needs that was unlike anything I've experienced before. Her loyalty to the Dependable brand was superior and her smile, grace, personality, and ability to focus on details made me feel safe and secure that my personal belongings were taken care of. I might not be a prince or princess, but I felt that way under Latoya's care. She knows what she is doing and frankly I would say she is a strong woman we should all strive to be more like. I saved her voicemail letting me know my dry cleaning was ready to picked up. I'm going to keep listening to it and keep coming back to Dependable Cleaners. Thanks for everything you do.

  I came in to collect my order and was greeted by Raven. It was raining and I only needed one item, thinking it best not to expose all my starched shirts to the elements. Raven was absolutely fine with my taking the pants I needed for my interview and not only that, after I expressed some concern about them getting wet, went to great lengths to make sure they didn't get wet, all this in the most cheerful and helpful manner. The highlight of my otherwise wet and stressful day. 5 stars for Raven!!
