  Having Winn Cleaners do my laundry has been a terrible experience. Firstly, the lady in the shop did not seem very welcoming, nor helpful to me. I delivered three bags of laundry and when I came back to pick it up, it was not there. It had been delayed - but the lady could not tell me when it would be back. When I finally picked it up one week later, the clothes was not cleaned at all. Everything still seemed dirty and had a dirty scent. I could have cleaned it all much better and faster myself and saved a lot of money.

  Warning: brought my brand new Brooks Brothers shirt here. It came back with black dots everywhere (not there when I delivered it). They cleaned it 2nd time and it got worse. Completely ruined and no compensation. Had to throw it out. Watch out - this place destroys clothes. Only pro: Winn and his fiancé are kind.

  Disappointing experience. Twice I picked up laundry with articles that had been mangled. When I approached them with the problem, they were very helpful and pointed out that the damage was likely from my dog. I don't have a dog. When I told them that it would make no sense for me to have shredded clothes laundered, they contemplated giving me $3.00 off of my bill. Then decided that no, my destroyed clothes did not warrant this exceptional largess. I agreed and told them that they were better off keeping the $3.00 as I would never be returning to their store.
