::Great bar! Mike the bartender is awesome, gave us a fascinating historical lesson on cocktails! Definitely the place to come for happy hour!

::When it comes to a good Deli, with uppercase D, this is it. The sandwiches are as great as the cured meats they have. If youβre a vegetarian donβt come here, but otherwise, this spot is just what the doctor ordered.

::Good prices on good sandwiches. Asked about ice cream and the waitress said they don't have a freezer but failed to mention any other desserts I would have enjoyed.

::Yum! Amazing food and for a great price. Their Cole slaw is by far my favorite and everything is very fresh.

::Friendly waitstaff, great intimate atmosphere, hint of sports bar, good food. Currently besieged by first avenue construction but once your inside you find yourself charmed. Didn't climb the stairs to see the art but noted it for next time. My friend and I tried the Fire of 1889, with pasta and slaw, as well as the Klotzifeller - Meatball sub both sandwiches on lovely toasted Italian rolls. I had chips and longed for dip, and tried a cup of oyster chowder.
