  The Pharmacy staff are very disorganized. They are unable to meet the demands of their customers and unable to help customers at a timely fashion. They put me on hold for 20 mins after I wanted my turn only to be left on the line and forgotten about. I had to call back and was still asked to put on hold until they could find me in the system which took 35 mins and 3 different staff members. for a refill that I have been getting for over a year. Completely unacceptable.

  Customer service sadly lacking. A female staff immediately approached my husband and in a loud voice asked what he wanted and pointed him somewhere else. Her tone was not helpful at all but more out of suspicion. Sorry we were dressed as visitors to DC on a cold drizzling, windy day would be and not polished as DC everyday workers in the area are.

  This is my favorite CVS. I like the fact that is 24 hours and you can stop by at anytime of the day or night! I like their staffs super friendly and helpful! I also like pharmacy section who always try to help you out with your proscriptions! I am very happy with my experience here.

  I was looking at the battery packs near the registers. Sat there for a while online review hunting so I wouldn't end up with a poor quality piece of tech. When one of the employees came up to me and (noticing what items I was focusing on) showed me the other spot in the store where they had a few other models. That was really great customer service. He didn't waste time asking me what I was looking at (he could see that) He was polite, friendly, and helpful.
