::CrossFit PAF is an excellent box! There is an obvious commitment to members and to safety with focus on technique. They take the time to know your goals and work with you so that you can achieve them. Coaches regularly check with you to see how you are feeling and if you have any issues. Programming is such that I am able to train consistently which has certainly improved my strength and fitness level. The community at PAF is a family and one that I am proud to be a part of!
