  This school is great for all ages and all levels. The coaching staff is very kind and knowledgeable and the facilities are always kept clean daily.

  My son and I traveled from Houston Tx for a BJJ tournament in Dallas and dropped in to All American MMA and BJJ. They welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family. If you live in the Dallas area this is the gym to train at. They have great instructors and great talent if kids. Nightly recommend and would give 6 stars if it would let me.

  Whether you're looking to get into serious competition or just for fun and fitness this is the place to go. Both of my sons have been here for a little over 2 years now and the progress they have made is beyond extraordinary. Top notch instructors. Clean facility.

  I truly love coming to this gym. It's a very close group full of people willing to help you reach your goals. I've noticed a significant difference in my strength and cardio since I've started. The instructors work with me, my goals, my restrictions, and my injuries while encouraging me to push myself and be the best I can be.

  My family and I love All American MMA & BJJ. We all joined together as a family and I can honestly say we have never been a part of a gym where the Coaches truly care about each member. From the first day we joined, we have felt right at home. The gym is family owned and operated and you can tell how much thought and care goes into each class and instruction. My children love it and look forward to attending class everyday. We are proud to be members!
